Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging with all accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

The following items are non-returnable: items marked as final sale, opened earbuds or in-ear devices for hygiene reasons, and products damaged by misuse.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
Wait for our reply (within 2 business days) with return instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

5. Return Shipping Costs
